Built in adversity.
Refined in stillness.
R E M E M B E R. R E T U R N. R I S E.
I've spent my life in two very different worlds.
One demanded strength under pressure — leadership in crisis, decisions that carried weight, and the ability to stay steady when everything around me was not.
The other required something just as challenging — the discipline to slow down, to listen, and to come back to center.
For over two decades in law enforcement, I learned what it means to lead in environments where there is no room for hesitation. Where clarity, control, and resilience are not optional — they are required.
And through yoga, I learned something just as important:
How to remain human in the midst of it all.

Warrior of Balance was built from that realization.
Not as an idea but as a practice.
A practice of:
Building strength without losing softness
Developing discipline without becoming rigid
Showing up fully, without disconnecting from Self
This work is not about escaping life.
It's about meeting it — fully, intentionally, and with control.
WHAT I DO
Today,
I bring that intersection into everything I do.
Through yoga, I teach the discipline of returning to

center — again and again.
Through speaking and leadership work, I help individuals and organizations build resilience, clarity, and presence under pressure.
